The Jambalaya is a dish of unique taste and equally unique delight to one’s palette. Its flavor is spicy and aromatic thanks to the combination of its delicious ingredients. Jambalaya is a rich preparation that you can use to bring to the table when it is fully filled.

Its ingredients are: 

  • 2 lb Vegan Shrimp
  • 1 lb Vegan shredded chicken
  • 250 grams of Vegan spicy sausage
  • 200 grams of smoked Vegan bacon
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 3/4 liter of vegetable broth
  • 3 red tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 Italian green pepper
  • 2 cayene pepper
  • Spicy paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Dry thyme
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Oil


This is a dish that should take approximately 45 minutes to prepare. Start by chopping all the vegetables into small pieces (In squares it can be an option), then finished, take the chicken and prawns and add the bay leaf, thyme, and oregano. Let it rest for at least 3 minutes so that the aroma of the herbs gives pleasure to the meat that is being used. After this, they are placed in the pan over low heat and are expected to brown. Once the meat is golden, add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the vegetables, and let it cook for at least 30 minutes.
