Crawfish Monica

Another festival favorite,  this dish is bursting with flavor. The ingredients that make up this dish create a true and authentic magical taste and smell.


  • 1 pound of linguine or fettucine
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter without salt
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of essence, the recipe follows
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/4 cup of dry white wine
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pound of Vegan crawfish tails *
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 cup of grated Vegan Parmesan cheese


Preparation: Melt vegan butter them add the automatic vegetables,  wine and cream. Net add the vegan crawfish. then vegan parmesan cheese. Serve overt pasta.
