Boudin Balls

This is a delicious dish that is enjoyed In almost every party of Louisiana. Its ingredients make this appetizing dish something like no other. Its texture is fresh and smooth, and its aroma is captivating.


  • 3 lbs Boudin sausage
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 t Egg substitute
  • 5 tbsp Creole mustard
  • 1 Creole mustard dipping sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 1/3 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs, coarse dry
  • 1/4 cup nut Milk


Preparation: Mix wet ingredients then shape into balls.  Dust with flour then dip into egg substitute. Immediately cover balls with crushed bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
